We are a small, boutique consultancy, offering a non-standard approach to addressing our client's issues. Our speciality is the idea of the non-concept. If, for a moment, you suspend your idea of the issue at hand, and remove it, what is left? From where did the issue emerge? What gave rise to it? There is where we start: the non-concept of the issue, its very context. We look for the issue where it is not, the place from where it came
We know that we cannot change the shape of a desert, one grain of sand at a time. We must understand the structure of what lies beneath, and the climate above. We must understand how that desert came to be. Only then, can we imagine, together, what it may become in the future
